What was the highlight of Swiss-Belhotel Pondok Indah
The location was convenient for our needs. The staff were very friendly.
The beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower was plentiful. The internet was stable. The tv options were good. The a/c worked well and the view was nice from the 8th floor.
The lighting was not bright enough in the room and bathroom. The first elevator was difficult to push the G (ground) button. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options but it was just average food.

It was a good family outing and vacation….
In center of the city and within reach of many shopping complexes and eatery centers.
1. Bathroom Shower area needs to be improved for water to flow out. Presently the toilet form pockets of water not completely drained oit after shower. 2. The bathroom will need improved cleaning as the walls of the bathroom are not clean and fungi and molds can be seen forming on the wall surface of the room especially in the bathroom.

Location, personal and room was good.
Hotel does not explains about facilities. I think they do not want to provide free swimming pool and spa.
